Except Nsdl you can also apply from the official website or portal of UTIITSL. The full form of UTIITSL is "Unit Trust of India Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited".
How to make a new Pancard ?
Basically, there are two applying method through which you can make a new Pancard are:-
1. Offline Method:-
In this method you have to submit all the required documents for new pancard, physically to the nearest TIN-FC or Pan centre of NSDL.
2. Online Method:-

How to apply online for PAN card:-

1. Aadhar Card
2. Passport size photo
3. Register Mobile Number.
Government has introduced a law making it mandatory for every individual to link the Aadhaar card to Pan card.That's why Aadhar card number is mandatory for applying for PAN card online. While applying for a new pan card online please check that your mobile number is registered with Aadhaar card or not, So that when you are adding Aadhaar card, verification OTP will send to your Aadhaar Card's registered mobile number.

1. Visit the official website of NSDL or click Here.
2. Now fill the given form with your personal details and click submit.
3. Copy and Save the sended token number or provided on screen.
4. Now again go to the official website and click on the Registered Users and fill with the Token number.
4. Now,Again fill your Personal details.
5. Now choose and select your AO code by first filling your addrress as given in aadhaar card.
6. Now check the your personal details showing on the screen.
7. Proceed and Pay the Payment fee. Don't forget to keep or save the digital copy of Payment slip.
8. Do the OTP Authentication[E-sign] with you Aadhaar card number.
9. Next, check and fill the Acknowledgement form.
10. Your New Pancard is Ready.
Your digital pancard is sended to your email addrress and physical pancard will get delivered to your nearest post office.
